Refund policy

Although, we are sure you will love your Dyrvecrafted product, we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied.  For that reason, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@dryvecrafted.com with your order number or initiate a request online in your customer account.   Once the item is received and inspected, your purchase will be refunded minus any shipping fees. 

For Custom Orders, we only allow returns for product defects. For such cases, the standard policy will be followed with a 15 day window and the buyer responsible for shipping fees.
